Last December 21, 2019, RONNIE AND JOE launched a trunk show at their Powerplant Mall location featuring Native Sons and Sauvage Eyewear. Tommy O’Gara, co-founder of Native Sons, director of The LIGHT Co., and founder of Sauvage Eyewear, joined Michael Concepcion of Welcome Worldwide and Tokusen Aoki of Paris Miki Philippines to launch the trunk show. Tommy O’Gara was also available for consultations and custom fittings.
“A frame dials in on your style, who you are,” Tommy O’Gara says. “When people meet you they don’t look at your shoes first, they look at your face. What you wear on your face is a frame to your identity. People who wear Native Sons come from all walks of life. We are one big growing global tribe of like-minded people who are passionate about eyewear.”
The trunk show included the RONNIE AND JOE x Native Sons collaboration, the sacai x Native Sons capsule collection, and styles from Sauvage Eyewear, as well as a highlight on the Craftline and Butcher collection from Native Sons.
